At Cell Response, we are creating innovative small molecule drugs that target key resistance pathways. When combined with RAS/MAPK pathway inhibitors, these combinations offer much greater clinical benefit than monotherapies targeting KRAS, MEK1/2, or other MAPK proteins alone. This approach inhibits cell proliferation, allowing for lower doses of KRAS/MEK1/2 inhibitors, which broadens the therapeutic window, reduces resistance, and is expected to cause fewer adverse events due to the decreased dosage.
